Twin Acre Consulting was formed in 2019 to respond to the increasing need to provide independent and impartial advice to landowners, promoters and developers, offering a specialist service identifying, acquiring and disposing of development land on behalf of private and corporate clients.
With over 20 years’ experience in the development industry, Twin Acre Consulting offers a bespoke service in a range of aspects of development, from site identification to receipt of planning permission, to land acquisition and disposal or implementation.

Twin Acre Consulting will carry out an appraisal of your property, or on your behalf actively identify sites with development potential and directly approach landowners. In doing so it will provide an assessment of the type and scale of development that is appropriate to ensure that the development value can be maximised, and it will provide a detailed planning assessment, an appropriate planning strategy and an anticipated timetable.

Planning promotion
Twin Acre Consulting will project manage your planning promotion and application, by ensuring that the best possible team of professional consultants is acting in the landowner’s best interests at all times.
This ensures we're able to deliver a planning permission in line with the agreed strategy and timetable, within agreed budgets.
